INDUSTRIAL & AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATION

Industrial & Automotive Components

Reusable boxes, totes, dividers, and inserts for parts protection, handling, storage, and returnable routes.

We develop reusable boxes, totes, dividers, inserts, and protective structures around component dimensions, weight, sensitivity, handling steps, and return routes.

Corrugated Plastic Dunnage for Automotive Parts

Custom dunnage can be designed around part geometry, weight and contact points to help separate and protect automotive and industrial components during handling and returnable transport. Divider cells, inserts and partitions can be combined with reusable PP corrugated boxes or totes to help control part movement and surface contact. Cell size, layout, material GSM and outer-box structure can be adjusted according to the component and handling route. Project review also considers loading, unloading and how the packaging returns to use. See a recent automotive parts packaging design case study using PP corrugated boxes, dividers and custom dunnage.

01

Part Protection

Part separation and surface protection are reviewed around component dimensions, weight, and sensitivity.

02

Factory Handling

Packaging can support work-in-process and warehouse handling.

03

Returnable Routes

Reusable structures can be developed for returnable logistics and closed-loop transport.

04

Identification

Printing, identification, and custom cell layouts can be included for the application.
